I am based in Wormley, a small Surrey village located between Godalming and Haslemere. I cover Guildford, Godalming, Haslemere, Farnham and the surrounding areas in Surrey and Hampshire up to around 20 miles distance, with further locations by prior arrangement.

Hi, I’m Jonathan and thanks for visiting my website! After spending 20 years working in various corporate technical roles, I setup Standby Support in 2011 initially providing a wide range of on-site IT services to homes & small businesses.
Technology never stands still and over the past few years I have seen the steady switch from on-premise hardware to more reliable cloud-based services, with clunky laptops replaced for lightweight tablets and complex software swapped for easy to use apps. This shift in focus - along with the much wider adoption of home and hybrid working - has placed more importance than ever for stable and fast internet services.
Today I mostly specialise in a few areas of technology that particularly interest me, Wi-Fi & Networks, Apple Mac computers and Website design and build.
